All treatments are performed by qualified professionals, including Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners.

3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. We are open Tuesday–Saturday by appointment only.
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service.
All sales are final—no refunds on completed treatments or products.
Packages and prepaid services are non-transferable and expire after 1 year.
Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from treatments.
Clients must disclose their full medical history and follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided.

7. SMS Messaging Terms of Service
This service provides appointment reminders, treatment confirmations, post-care instructions, and promotional offers for aesthetic treatments to patients who have opted in to receive text messages from Beauty Bar Muskoka. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +17052240044
After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
